    About You

  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

    • The insight involved a day of being taught about the roles in the Bank and how to be successful in getting there. It was great fun altogether.

    • The Bank has an ethos of valuing their employees and doesn't have the competitive edge of other Banks.

    • A clear and concise explanation of how to apply and what to expect. Very well received.

  • 4. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and information you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?

    • The application skills are definitely transferable, however actual banking knowledge taught was minimal due to time constraints.

  • 5. How well structured was the insight?

    • The programme went very smoothly, covering a full day. Everything ran to schedule as planned.

    • There was a very lighthearted and jovial, friendly atmosphere which was very welcoming.

    • It wasn't really that kind of event, more of a one day introduction to the jobs on offer at the bank.

    • There were plenty of networking opportunities to gain an in depth feel for a full time role at the bank.

    • The insight gave us a chance to discuss all of this in great detail with graduates, both over lunch and at a panel discussion.

    • I left with a clearer perspective of where I wanted to be a few years down the line after I graduate.
