About You
The insight involved a day of being taught about the roles in the Bank and how to be successful in getting there. It was great fun altogether.
The Bank has an ethos of valuing their employees and doesn't have the competitive edge of other Banks.
A clear and concise explanation of how to apply and what to expect. Very well received.
The application skills are definitely transferable, however actual banking knowledge taught was minimal due to time constraints.
The Company
The programme went very smoothly, covering a full day. Everything ran to schedule as planned.
There was a very lighthearted and jovial, friendly atmosphere which was very welcoming.
It wasn't really that kind of event, more of a one day introduction to the jobs on offer at the bank.
There were plenty of networking opportunities to gain an in depth feel for a full time role at the bank.
The insight gave us a chance to discuss all of this in great detail with graduates, both over lunch and at a panel discussion.
I left with a clearer perspective of where I wanted to be a few years down the line after I graduate.
Everything Else
This was a great insight to attend and was fun, informative, and well worth the trip!
