The Role
I enjoyed my placement. I learnt a lot during the year and good support from the managers and the people in my department.
Always communicating with you, very helpful and gave a lot of advice.
My buddy was always around and gave support and guidance. When I asked something, my buddy will respond immediately.
Had something to do, had my projects I took care off. If not work related, there was a lot of training to do.
With the two projects I had, it gave me all the responsibility to show my capabilities. Other than the projects, I had activities that I did which helped my department. This resulted in helping other colleagues if they needed an answer.
I have learnt new skills that will have an impact toward my final year and my future career. I also gained.
The Company
There was always time for work and a chat. Very balanced and it made everyone feel happy.
There was a lot of communication with the intern programme manager. It was well organised as we had activities to do after every fortnight, which made the programme good.
The company helped me a lot on terms of personal development, providing me with training and support on my weaknesses.

Working from home
Still under consideration whether there will be a graduate programme. Otherwise, the possibility of getting a permanent job from the team I worked from are there.
The Culture
Always met with other interns on a daily basis as well as having night outs which was great.
The times I went out with the other interns, I found it reasonable. I never stayed in Reading.
It was great. Many other interns from other companies so made it a social able area, when I went out.
There were charity events as well as helping out at nearby schools.
