A great sense of responsibility and trust was clearly put in place. Oppourtunities to present to senior leaders to help quantify your deliverables.
continously given feedback although you need to ask for it. always ask for negative feedback as you know exactly what you're doing wrong
Extremeley busy. Continually had work to do, it is encouraged to ask for more work outside of the division you are placed in to further your understanding of Amex.
as mentioned before, good deal of responsibility, opinion is valued.
**LEARN EXCEL** Developed my excel skills and bespoke pieces of software which are used by the finance side of the organisation. Being able to work in a large team, collecting information and leveraging relationships.
