The Role
It was very nice and very learnful.
Analyst would also ask about my view or approach on things. I was involved in everything interesting deal I wanted to be involved in.
They gave me support whenever I asked for it.
I was never bored and would be pretty busy during the day, but hardly ever had to stay after midnight
A lot! Even went to 2 client meeting.
I am not the best presenter, and when they noticed this, I was personally trained by very skilled people to really get good at this.
The Company
Most people are very nice. Every bank will not have only fun, because mistakes will be made and they will correct you. But usually there always is time to have a chat and make a joke.
Everything went smoothly
They really made an effort (if you wanted them to) to develop all your skills.
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
Healthcare/Dental
It's still a tough industry, but it's not as if they don't hire. Just make sure to be the best
The Culture
Everyone liked each other.
It's expensive.
But only in weekends
Nothing that I can think of right now.
