The Role
Really enjoyed it - I can't think of a better place! I was treated as a team member, not an Intern.
They all trusted me and gave me real responsibility from day one.
I was given the support if I needed it. I liked how they left me to my job, but if I needed anything, there were more than willing to help.
Always things to do. If i did fall short of tasks, I would seek for more.
100% responsibility. Very hands on!
I have learned so much from those around me and the Intern community as a whole. I will not forget these skills and I am glad I had my placement here at SAP.
The Company
Always up-beat and things to do. Socials were organised.
It's a raplidly growing scheme, and SAP regularly ask us for our feedback to make a real difference. Our views are heared and are changed.
If I needed any form of development, it was always there for me to have.

They are creating a new programme for graduate roles, so this will develop further in time.
The Culture
We have a Facebook page in place and email distribution list, so we can all stay in contact to organise social events.
Quite expense, but it was in London, so that was expected.
In Greater London, so plenty to do. Short train journey.
They were there if you seeked it.
