The Role
I had a very enjoyable year, with a great amount of opportunities and high levels of responsibility in areas I had interest in.
I was treated as a colleague not an intern throughout my year, and was valued as part of the team.
I was given the space to learn and grow under guidance from my superiors, and had a number of channels to support if needed.
There was rarely a day throughout the day where I didnt have things to do.
I was given a high level of trust with pieces of work that significantly impacted the department, and had sole and/or joint responsibility for a number of work streams across different topics.
I developed a number of skills throughout the year, through the responsibility and opportunity to work with a number of different people from different backgrounds. Including the training I have recieved, I have been given a great level of knowledge to take back to University and beyond.
The Company
Friendly and open atmosphere.
Clear structure in place, with plan for development across the year.
Provided with learning materials, and given the opportunity to go on training courses. Also, given experiences to help with my development in specific areas.

The Culture

Being close to London can be quite expensive, but can find cheap places if you want to.
Some good nights out nearby, and London is not too far to travel also.
Number of charity events in and outside of work, as well as sports and outside activities.
