The Role
Was given mostly interesting and important tasks to do - there was the odd admin task
Everyone was really welcoming and appreciative of your help.
Lots of support networks, not just from your manager but a buddy and mentor were also available for any questions or problems you needed help with.
Bit of a mix - some very busy days some not so busy days and some good days.
Was given a decent amount of responsibility on most tasks, a lot of the time I was helping other members of staff with their work so had the same level of responsibility as them.
I have learnt a lot not only from my day to day role but also from the additional training set up and various meetings to enlighten us on other parts of the function and the business.
The Company
There was a good atmosphere in the whole office but the work still got done.
I worked between three teams and the first week or so in each team was a bit unorganised, after this it settled down and I was able to get involved in bigger tasks
I feel the firm invested highly in me - from the mentor and buddy scheme, time taken for mid and final reviews to the training I recieved throughout.
National Travel
Company Parties/Events
Would love a job here, have really enjoyed my time working here and get the impression everyone loves to work here.
The Culture
There was a good social atmosphere, we organised two additional nights out on top of the events already organised for us and we all got on really well
Good, during the festival season so slightly more expensive than normal but not too bad!
Nightlife is very good, plenty bars and clubs around, varied so there is something for everyone.
Lots going on, plently to get involved in, from sports days to drinks parties.
