The Role
If I had worked more, I would have been totally satisfied
People care about your work, and your questions are always answered
Before starting a project, or in the middle of one, I was always given the big picture
Depended, sometimes no stop from 8:30 to late night, other times nothing to do for the entire day
Despite I was doing minor parts in projects, certainly I was given responsibility
Technical knowledge, how to assess a problem will be helpful in the future
The Company
Reaaaallly relaxed, people are cheerful (not always of course), but I heard joke on a daily basis and people never yelled at each other
Many events
Bad rating because: I already have a strong background and all the training done covered concepts which I already know
Sports and Social Club
Company Parties/Events
Solid institution, great corporate culture, people care about people, leadership in the market. by far the only bank I would worked in (and I already had previous experencies in banking)
The Culture
Interns are nice, and not sharks as the "legend" would suggest
You have a salary, you decide how to spend it
In Canary Wharf? Are you joking?
?! in a bank?!
