The Role
I had a great time in the office. the work atmosphere was great
yes, they always thanked me for my work and let me takle the credit for what I did
They always talked to us and asked us questions on how we were doing
I was extremely busy on some days and not at all on others, but that's just how IB works
I was given the opportunity to work on my own models, which was great
if i stay in investment banking, i think this experience was the best school
The Company
people worked hard but were also available to talk and very kind
our staffer tried to be as fair as possible with everyone
we had events every week organized for us. it was great

The Culture
yes, we tried to get to knwo each other throughout the program
we had a lot of work in the evening so we tried to have drinks on fridays at least
there maybe were, but we didnt have time to do it because of work
