The Role
As working over the summer goes, it was really good.
I felt valued considering my age and knowledge.
I was given alot of support by my supervisor and it was really easy to get help if I needed it
Fairly busy, there was always work going, you just had to ask for it.
I had more responsibilty than I expected, I felt like I was contributing alot to what I was working on
I don't know yet as I haven't started back at uni, but hopefully I have an improved work ethic!
The Company
Lively
Very well organised, the first week I was introduced to everything and everyone I needed to be.
I didn't get much training, it was more learning from collegues
Flexi Time
Sports and Social Club
Company Parties/Events
Very appealing, considering they are expanding placement numbers every year.
The Culture
Yeah the social scene was good among the grads/summer students
really good, cheap
Ok, could have been a bit better
Yeah theres loads of sports clubs and company trips etc.
