The Role
The work was challenging, but could be dull at times.
Collegues were understanding and welcoming, friends were made easily
Weekly 1:1 meetings with my manager, to check progress and ask any questions I wished
Sometimes I seemed to hove mountains of work, sometimes none at all
Some small responsibilities.
Some skills were useful, but not many
The Company
Good atmosphere, people work hard but not crazily stressed out
well structured, but some misunderstandings like where i was actually located on my placement - didnt find out til the day before.
Plenty of free events!
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
Above 25 days holiday
Working from home
Healthcare from home
Currently I know this job isnt really for me, but this opinion varies
The Culture
Ok, nothing drastically wonderful
Very expensive, as it is london after all, but doesnt stop us going out and socialising
Nobody from work ever goes out, only ever other interns
No outside activities
