The Role
I really enjoyed my placement, it really related my degree, and gave me a great insight into the area i see myself in the future.
I feel that my colleagues valued my work greatly because they could see how much value i add, and they put a lot of responsibility in me.
My manager was great and provided me with loads of feedback, he told me how he wanted me to grow, what i was doing well and what i could improve on.
On a daily basis i was fairly busy, but the day is what i made it, i was able to do project work and also help out my team anyway they wanted
I was in charge of all of my projects, told to lead them how i wanted to and that the end outcome was mine to mold.
I got training to extend my personal skills, and my role gave me a lot of chance to expand my technical skills, and gain new skills relating to my degree.
The Company
The office was fun but also was very serious at times, which is crucial for a business.
Placement was very well organised, questions were always answered when asked.
The company invested a fair amount in me, they provided a few key training sessions for my personal development
