The Role
The placement provided me an opportunity for personal development that I could never have anticipated. I got the opportunity to work on real projects.
I felt like a real member of the team and was made to feel welcome by everyone I met.
Despite my manager being based in a different office, she offered constant help, support and advice.
To begin with, it was a little slow as it took a while for my project to get started but after that it was more balanced.
I was surprised at how much responsibility I was given but relished the opportunity to achieve my full potential.
I have learnt so much about how to act in a corporate environment that I will take with me throughout the rest of my career.
The Company
It could be quite serious but thankfully lots of the other interns were in my office so I had plenty of fun with them.
It was very well run and the grad team were a pleasure to deal with.
There were next to no barriers in what we could do on this placement which was reassuring.

Hoping for a permanent role...
The Culture
Not as good as it could have been but I still had a good time!
Our accommodation near no good bars so taxis could be quite expensive.
We had to go to Windsor or London for nights out which were often expensive.
Loads of sports teams etc.
