The Role
It was challenging in parts, I had to learn how to figure out the best way of doing things. This took me a while but now I feel much more independant in my decisions and confidence in decisions. This makes me feel I really improved myself and makes me reflect in a positive way on my placement.
Everyone was really friendly and made me feel welcome!
Very helpful, very good support network of buddies, managers, my line managers and everyone in the office was there to support and guide me. My line manager gave me a lot of independance but also was great whenever I needed her.
Sometimes I had too little to do but then I would just ask for more work and have plenty to do!
As much as I wanted. I was encouraged to sieze responsibility
Excel skills have improved, and I understand real business and real corporate situations now.
The Company
Overhearing other peoples conversations was amazing, there are truly some characters in the office.
Had set objectives and worked on them, it was great.
Training and development days were apsolutely great
Don't know yet, I have an interview tomorrow!
The Culture
We met up for drinks after work and had a laugh.
Leeds is pretty cheap
I had fun on nights out :)
Yes! Fun days and sports and things.
