  • It was a fantastic experience!

  • We ate together every day and even exchanged tea we were drinking!

  • 1 to 1 feedback session, everyday checks, regular catch-ups, code reviews.... Red Gate has it all!

  • I had lots of freedom, which meant that I had lots of control over my schedule to achieve the perfect balance.

  • I was programming the whole module, from technical details, to the very tip that reaches the customers.

  • We even had Nerf Gun wars in office!

  • We even lived together and dined out together!

  • I could afford any socialising I wanted.

  • For a software engineer? Night-time coding, for the win! But don't worry, there are some good clubs around, too!
