The Role
Really challenging work which had a big difference on the compnay - it was brilliant!
My collegues were very greatful for the help I provided, praising me for everything I did and hoping that I would stay!
I was lucky to be given a line manager, team manager and buddy along witht he team of 16 which I was working with. Everyone was really helpful and allowed me to ask even the most basic of questions
I was rather busy - I ended up working the ocassional weekend and very long hours to ensure I got all the work done.
A lot - the processes I was working on were my responsibility - if they broke they were my fault, and if it went well I got the praise accordingly.
Knoweldge of the energy industry, excel skills, leadership, management, projects work, presentationn skills... the lis tgoes on!
The Company
Sometimes overly chatty but everyone was really nice. Not much going on though
The grad team wasn't that effective. Found out about information quite late, didnt know I had to move accross the country till 5 days before.
They invested a lot of time in me.
Would happily do a grad scheme with them yet it is not tailored enough to what I want to do
The Culture
We never did anything
Cost a lot more than you would expect
No real idea
Very little extra curriculum activities available
