The Role
The projects I was given were interesting and I enjoyed working on them.
Throughout the placement I was never treated like 'the intern' and was treated like a proper employee.
My manager and team were a great help through my placement and always had time to help me out.
The amount of work steadily increased throughout the placement, at the start it was a little slow but this picked up.
I was given quite a lot of responsibility during the placement and I was the only one working on some of my projects which was a lot of responsibility.
The training and taste of 'real life' engineering has proved very valuable and the skills I have developed and learnt will help me continue my degree.
The Company
Very relaxed atmosphere, everyone was very friendly.
It was made clear at the beginning what our objectives were and what we were working towards.
There is a lot of training at the beginning of the placement.
Flexi Time
Company Parties/Events
I would like to work with this company after graduation.
The Culture
Regularly met up with other interns outside of work.
No too expensive but not cheap.
Unless you lived in Bristol, Chelt or Gloucester nightlife is non existent.
The company run many employees events.
