The Role
Settled quickly and enjoyed most of it!
I was accepted as a colleague and treated as one.
Daily guidance was invaluable!
Varies from week-to-week depending on deadlines.
Trusted to complete various tasks for senior management.
Understanding how a large corporation works and learning about the industry you are in are definitely skills for life.
The Company
Great team!
My line manager had everything set up and knew exactly what he wanted me to do. It is very much the responsibility of your manager.
Had development calls but most development comes from how much you put in.
Company Parties/Events
This is the best thing about the internship, work hard and impress your manager and a place is up for grabs.
The Culture
Went on lunches with graduates.
In London it is going to be expensive. Lloyds discounts on nearby restaurants is nice though!
Was not much planned in the way of going out.
I did not come accross anything appealing but there was the odd charity pub quiz.
