The Role
I really did enjoy it. I have experienced so much and met some great people.
I felt valued.
My manager were busy people as you would expect however I had weekly 121's with them and was able to approach employees who worked for them with ease.
I had a great balance between being busy and the chance to reflect on what I had been doing.
I was not given great amounts of responsibility. It was more of a learning process for me. When you entre into a large corporation and you have little understanding of how the processes and procedure work this is usually the case.
The large scope and scale of experience I have gained has been a major positive for me. This will help me with my degree but also in my future career
The Company
Its was a studious office but there were some characters who livened it up.
It was reasonably well set up. The internship I am doing requires you to be willing to find work at times when there is less structure which I enjoyed.
I learnt a great deal and I feel the company invested time and money in me.
National Travel
Very appealing
The Culture
We would go for a drink every Friday and some times in the week too.
It wasn't too bad.
There were a number of bars around the office which were packed on a Thursday night.
I got involved in a number of activities outside of work
