The Role
It was a comfortable working atmosphere and developing a good relationship with my colleagues made the experience more enjoyable.
Everyone was extremely friendly as well as appreciative of any tasks that I completed for them.
My line manager was really helpful and I recieved positive feedback after completing projects. We also had an informal chat half way through the process to discuss my progress.
Some days were extremely busy whereas others were quiet but obviously that depends on what work needs doing.
Quite a lot, when possible.
First hand experience is always best. I wouldnt know what it was like to work in a bank if i had never done it so these skills are extremely valuable.
The Company
Very friendly and light hearted.
Quite good.
Everyone was always willing to answer any questions or tell us more about their department.
Subsidised Canteen
Subsidised/Company Gym
I dont know yet, need to wait and see but my manager was happy with my performance.
The Culture
We all got on really well and regularly met up and went out. Everyone was really nice and i would like to think i would keep in contact with a few of them.
I was working in the city so it was really expensive. Luckily i live in London anyway so did not have to pay for accomadation. Travel and socialising was very expensive as expected.
We went out nearly every week and if not just went for a few drinks after work.
Not really.
