The Role
Very much enjoyed, the role I occupied was exacty what I wanted, a lot of exposure to different areas of the bank and very informative.
By week 3 or 4 I felt that I was adding some value to the team, at the start it took me a while to pick up everything but by the end I felt like a useful part of the team.
Unfortunately the itming of my placement wasn't ideal, the team had had a few leavers so were very thin on the ground, although I did not see my manager a lot he was very useful in providing contacts for areas in the bank. The team as a whole was very supportive and I couldn't fault anyone.
Some days were much busier than others, depending on work flows. I could have had more in some weeks but I always managed to find work, even if it meant working for different teams.
A fair amount, obviously whilst being in the RM role I couldn't be too involved with the clients, but I still felt that what I did was of benefit to my team.
I think the placement helped learn about the different roles in the business, but I don't think I gained any new skills.
The Company
The whole team are very amicable, very approachable and I enjoyed working in my team.
Very well organised. Didn't have any administrative issues at all.
I think that it was more a case of learning on the job, saying that, I was given some good resources by individuals I met. There were training sessions which gavean overview of the business and I feel I know a lot more now than I did when joining.

Subsidised/Company Gym
I would like to work here in the future. The whole company has a very good ethos and I could see myself enjoying my time here.
The Culture
Yeah the interns were quite close knit, we made an effort to do some group ativities and I think everyone got on well.
Quite expensive, working in central London though so it was to be expected. I was living at home which helped save a lot of money.
I did not fully experience it many times, but a lot of nice bars. Cental London so plenty going on.
Plenty to do, I went to a few networking events, took part in quizzes and was quite busy throughout the week.
