The Role
a lot fo senior management are very busy during the day, so it is difficult for you to be given steady supervision or help
Initially very little for me to do on a daily basis
not much, a lot of work is very confidential which leaves many interns stranded
The Company
not very at the start. IT problem grind work to a hault at the start of the internship and take a while to rectify
the are plenty of educational webinars and presentations by senior managment in the relevant field which are often very good.
There is structures career path to rise quickly through the organisation but some of the roles are very intense
The Culture
yes the interns often meet to go out on weekends and after work
it is quite expensive going out in the london area
in central london, there is plenty of choice, something to suit all tatstes. It is the best nightlife in the world.
yes, there is loads of charity work done by the bank and lots of activites to get involved in
