The Role
There was much enjoyment to be found in the quality of work offered.
Everybody, my team or no, were incredibly inviting and were always willing to go the extra step to make my experience more comfortable.
My line manager would be available to give me all sorts of advice, be it work-related or otherwise.
There were times where I was rushed off my feet and other times where work was a bit slow/menial. This is just there nature of work life!
Being trusted to work closely and support projects that were valued at millions was pretty interesting.
This insight into the world of work will help me make educated decisions in the future.
The Company
There was always time for a friendly chat and light hearted banter.
Virtually everything was set out on arrival and I could mould it into what I wanted it to be.
The amount of investment offered to me cannot be overstated; between my team, a senior mentor from elsewhere in the business, the skill development sessions, the pay, the other teams and the graduates there was always an oppotunity to develop.

Company Parties/Events
On completion of my second internship I will be offered a place on the graduate leadership scheme as long as I perform well.
The Culture
At times it was very hard to get things together because there were so few of us, but when it's good it's good.
As the internship was paid this area was fine.
The heart of a big city, you'd be hard pressed to find much better
There were a lot of charity events, not much beyond that.
