The Role
Overall it was a nice experience.
Most of the colleagues were very helpful and friendly. But there are the rare people that do not value your work or simply just do not care about you because you are a intern!
My supervisor was extremely helpful, in every aspects. she has been watching my backs and try to give me the perfect balance of workload as well as trying to help me develop in different areas.
The amount of work really depends how much of work you are willing to do.
Some colleagues really value you and give a lot of responsibilities where others just do not care.
The most important skill I developed is inter personal skills. And the experience really got me involved with different kinds of people with different attitude of working and styles.
The Company
I did not enjoy it that much, the atmosphere is ok but lack of enthusiasm and the office is overcrowded.
My manager was always trying to get me involved with different things, but I do not think HR has done a great job in organising the internship.
There are opportunities but I did not see any of them that fits the 10 week slot that I was provided with.
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
I am unsure after my experiences, but I guess this would happen in all other corporations.
The Culture
It is london, so imagine it
No, Nothing outside of work.
