The Role
I enjoyed it a lot. It was a very valuable experience for me and I would recommend it to everyone.
I got involved in a quite important project and usually felt valued by my colleagues.
My manager was a very friendly person. At the begging of my internship, he explained me my projects and told me a lot about our team's job. He was trying to help me everytime I asked him.
I was fairly busy. I didn't have time to feel bored, but I wasn't also overworked.
I worked on a project that is now released to production and used by other team.
I learned a lot during my internship, however, this knowledge is not directly connected with my degree studies. Nevertheless, I think it is a big plus in my CV, and probably I will be using it in future as well.
The Company
The atmosphere at the office was very good. Everyone was friendly and supporting.
It was organised quite well.
We had three day of trainings at the beginning of the internship and Excel training, but I think more teaching sessions could be organized.
Company Parties/Events
Healthcare from home
They are quite appealing.
The Culture
There were some social events, however, for me it could have been better.
London is quite an expensive place to live, but generally prices are acceptable. Rent is the biggest expense.
Probably good, but I went out very rarely.
Everyone could take part in volunteering projects, but there were no other activities for interns available.
