The Role
It wasn't a struggle because the work wasn't challenging and sometimes I didn't have enough to do.
I got on well with them but I wasn't given that much responsibility by them because my tasks weren't demanding
I was given help but I didn't get much feedback from my line manager.
Quite often I didn't have anything to do.
Lots of my tasks were admin jobbs such as writing and sending letters.
I developed my Excel skills and my general awareness of working in an office, along with a basic understanding of how the business operates.
The Company
It was a friendly office :)
Everything was very well organised by the Scholars team, e.g. transport and accomodation, but within my office not much day-to-day work was arranged for me.
I was given the opportunity to go to London for training presentations. I also had the opportunity to shadow graduates in other offices.
Flexi Time
National Travel
Company Parties/Events
The graduate scheme is a very good opportunity.
The Culture
We were put in accomodation together. Those that didn't live with us we met at an induction event and got to know each other through a charity challenge.
Great that accomodation was paid for!!
Pretty good
We were involved in a charity challenge and drinks/meals were also organised for us.
