The Role
Real work to do and opportunities to see other parts of the business
REALLY friendly atmosphere.
Excellent knowledge sharing.
Good work/life balance
Had a direct impact on the future of the company.
Excellent way to develop interpersonal skills, knowledge of the sector, knowledge of a business environment, and build an extensive network.
The Company
Great laughter in the office alongside getting quality work done
Good project but perhaps would have been better to tailor it to more of a stand-alone project.
The firm is very interested in securing the best talent they can therefore they are willing to aid you in your development as much as possible.
National Travel
Company Parties/Events
Healthcare/Dental
Very appealing to work with Centrica in the future. It is a company that really invests in its employees/future employees realising that it is them who will take the company forward.
The Culture
Great social scene with plenty of opportunity to get to know one another.
Free accommodation meant that I could spend more money on better living standards.
Great local pubs, have to commute to go clubbing if you want to do that
Charity Challenge, conferences, work shadowing etc.
