The Role
It was pretty good, but often a little boring.
I felt extremely valued...I even called one of my fondest colleagues 'Mum'!
I felt comfotable asking a lot of questions with the reasurrance that my colleagues would kindly and consistently help me out.
Quite busy; but it did vary. It could one day be really hectic and on another very slow.
Considering the job was alien to me i was designated quite a bit of responsibility.
As I've been more of an admnistrator, I haven't picked up many transferrable skills (though I feel like my interpersonal skills have been bolstered considerably).
The Company
An atmoshpere of camaraderie. Very relaxed; I felt at ease.
Well organised and structure. Though could've been more structured
Honestly, not masses of training, but a few helpful webinars.
Company Parties/Events
The intership has showed me that I definitely don't want to work in finance or baking.
The Culture
Very good; I met a lot of lovely and people very didferent to myself which was refreshing
Free accommodation. Fairly expensive drinks.
Not bad
Limited opportunities
