The Role
It was a valuable experience and I learnt a lot, but I didn't really enjoy the kind of work I was going, The placement made me realize that this is not the type of job for me. I think there are other departments at Savills that would have been better suited for me.
I didn't feel particularly valued, but I didn't know much about real estate and investment before coming here. I worked as hard as I could and I felt valued for that, but I was mostly given basic jobs.
People in my team were often taking a few minutes of their time to explain to tell me about the project in general and that was a great oportunity to learn for me. I appreciated that a lot.
That was just fine, I was never too busy, nor was I ever bored.
I wasn't given much responsibility. I didn't have much experience. But I wasn't expecting that either, so I'm not desapointed.
I think the placement was very useful to improve some skills that will be useful for other jobs and also general knowledge about real estate and housing markets, etc.
The Company
The athmosphere in the team was goog. They seem like they are having a great time working together, although being here only 1 month, I never felt like I was part of the team.
Well organized, nothing to say about that.
I appreciated being given the opportunity to work here for a month, but I don't know if I would say the company invested in me.
It could be appealing, but in another team.
The Culture
Too expensive for me.
Don't know
There were some, but I didn't have time.
