The Role
I had lots of interesting work and and felt a valuable member of my team.
I was always included in work and given enough responsibility for my role.
When ever I needed help I felt comfortable to ask for it, however sometimes it would feel there wasn't enough time put aside to be able to do this.
It was varied quite a lot but over all I was fairly busy, sometimes a lot more than others and sometimes not at all.
I was given a fair amount of responsibility however it differed for different tasks, and a lot of the timeI would be walked through what I was doing.
Excel and computer skills will definitely assist a lot. Organisation skills have been developed and the normal skills.
The Company
There was a mixture of attitudes and a good balance. The office including people outside of my team was fairly quiet, within my team there were good relationships made and a good vibe when it wasn't very very busy and friendships formed meant we were able to chat freely and did so.
The setup my manager set out for me was very good and although it was an as we go along planned role it worked perfectly for me.
As it is just a 10 week internship I don't feel that a massive amount of investment could be put in to me however what they did to take me on board and such and outside of just this internship they have put a lot ib to me and for my own personal development I have really grown and have masses of new things I can now put on my CV!

Subsidised Canteen
I am very inclined to work with Lloyds once I have graduated and am almost certain I will do so, however just for my own personal benefit I will still look around to make sure this is the career path I want to follow, this is nothing to do with Lloyds as based on my placement here I want to join without a shadow of a doubt.
The Culture
There were many actions in place to get us to socialise with each other and I was living with other interns too so had a very social aspect to the work here!
London for a student is expensive and that is that however with the pay i recieved and that fact I personally didn't need to pay rent I found socialising okay and have still managed to save money.
Very busy and very good.
Due to the short timescale I was here most activites were with work people although at weekeneds we would go to other places such as the zoo but this was with fellow Lloyds interns/scholars.
