The Role
It was very enjoyable.
Everybody in my stream and especially team were friendly and helpful
My manager was great, always ensured they were available and answered any queries I had
I had a great work balance and felt challenged but not overwhelmed
A lot - I had lead over two projects
I feel a lot better going into further employment
The Company
Really good atmosphere!
pretty good, although the grad team could be better
A lot of great fun on development and inducation days
Company Parties/Events
Pretty good, had an interview so fingers crossed
The Culture
Yes - a lot of internal activities as well as those outside of the organisation
Near Windsor, so fairly expensive
Okay, but quite expensive, and Staines or Egham themselves aren't exciting
Lots of opportunities to socialise
