The Role
Really enjoyed it. Felt very welcomed by the team who were all very friendly. Got to meet people from other areas of the buisness and see how they all link together. Also got invited to many meetings and to meet suppliers.
Felt really valued and appreciated. Was often told how well I was doing and got given positive feedback.
I feel I was given good support and guidance along the way. There was always someone to ask if I needed help or advice.
Some days I had a lot on and other days not as much. Towards the end of the last week after the project presentation had been finished there was less to do, but I was unable to ask for another task due to limited time.
Feel I did have a lot of responsibility and got to email and speak to suppliers regularly.
I have learnt many skills during this internship which I feel I can take away. For example dedication to the team, hardworking, punctual, good communication skills and many more.
The Company
Good pleasant atmosphere with friendly collegues.
Very well organised, feel more emphasis could have been put on encouraging the interns to meet up as I feel this was very useful to discuss what we were doing in our placements and how we were getting on.
Went to some interesting masterclasses and also interesting meetings. In our short time here I believe we had excellent training and development.
Company Parties/Events
I would love to be offered a graduate scheme after this internship
The Culture
Had good social scene with colleagues. We organised intern events but I feel like more could have been organised by the team themselves.
Socialising is fairly expensive around London but definitely worth it.
I didnt have any nights out with my team
We organised intern socialising, other than that not much was set up.
