The Role
Everyone in the office has been fantastic and have felt challenged instead of just being given mundane tasks.
The entire office are brilliant, everyone is friendly, happy to help, and also happy to ask me to help out.
My manager has been great, but working closely with a graduate has also helped so I've been supported very well!
To start with some days were slow but as I started to prove myself I have been given more work and am busy all day!
Slow to start with but am very much enjoying being trusted with more and more tasks, it has made me feel valued and hence enjoyed the placement much more.
Unfortunately the highways work does not link very closely with some of the university courses but the people skills and professional mannerisms I have learned will be invaluable.
The Company
Everyone has been very friendly and felt the atmosphere reflects this, everyone is happy to help and talk!
Very well organised, have been included in everything.
I have access to almost everything that any other employee has
Company Parties/Events
I am hoping to return next year!
The Culture
Company socials have been great, am also running a 10k race with several members of the office.
Swansea is very cheap
Its a city so very good!
Played football with people from the office most weeks, running most nights,
