The Role
My work placement is providing me with a massive quantity of skills which will be of great use when going on to complete my final year of university. The job is great and my colleagues have made me feel like a true member of the team.
Good relationships with colleagues and feel valued within the team.
Constant support and feedback given. Any problems are solved quickly.
Varies depending customers and busy periods in the business. There is always something to do though.
Massive amount of responsibility given making me feel valued within the company.
Developing people skills, an essential attention to detail, the ability to prioritise and more. Will provide me with a strong work ethic which will massively aid my final year at university.
The Company
Very positive team with positive attitudes towards the job and company.
Over a two week hand over allowing me to gather a strong understanding of the role. The role is constantly developing. Very well organised and thought out allowing for constant development.

The Culture
Based on site at a client so am the only placement student at place of work (other placement students are normally based in London). Very friendly office. Easy to meet other employees who are not placement students.
Lived at home. Very friendly and sociable office. Very cheap cafe and cost of living is very cheap.
Based in Welwyn Garden City - close to Hertfordshire University. Lots of students around. Good university club/bars.
Opportunities during work and after work. Quarterly rewards.
