The Role
I was treated like a regular employee throughout the experience
I was able to request feedback, ask for guidance and given support from my manager whenever it was required
I was able to fill my time with a combination of projects, shadowing and volunteering projects
I was communicating with senior management from day 1 and given real responsiblity with all of my projects
The Company
Worked with some really cool people in my office and the atmosphere was relaxed
We had a week of interesting training, learning about financial markets and products and from there on we had weekly training sessions
Subsidised Canteen
Sports and Social Club
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
Very appealing
The Culture
Yep, as there were a lot of us, there was plenty opportunities to socialise
London is an expenssive city but the salary allows interns to live and socialise in London with no real financial issues
Really good
Yep loads - Sports, Projects etc.
