The Role
Very enjoyable, hard work but very intellectually stimulating.
I was given work of the level of a grad and rarely felt like I was a burden rather than an asset.
Team was very supportive and I was given regular feedback on my performance.
The amount of work was manageable most of the time but obivously some days where I was staying late and some where I was having to go and look for stuff to do.
You cannot talk to clients due to lack of certification but within the limits of what I was allowed to do I was given real responsibilities.
Learned lots about market analysis and specific products, which should help me in my future career within these products.
The Company
Engaging atmosphere
Rotation system worked more or less well. Its difficult to always find desks that suit you perfectly in a short space of time.
Week long training and regula skills sessions.
Subsidised Canteen
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
Hopefully will be offered a place on the grad scheme
The Culture
Some good events organised by HR.
London is expensive but we are well rewarded so socialising was feasible..
Lots of bars.
Football league, softball league etc.
