The Role
I felt on par with the other members of the team, only after a few months in. Being invited to team meetings and team lunches was a great experience.
There was never a time when I could not get guidance.
I learned a lot about how to manage my personnal workflow efficiently as well as with the team. Plus, I learned insights to the ARM architecture and compilers I do not think I could have learned on my own.
The Company
It was a very fun place to be.
Even tho I worked on things that were not planned from the start, it suited me very well. I was happy to work on different things.
I would like to come back as a graduate, I'm especially interested in rotating, working on diferent things.
The Culture
The induction at the start was a good way to meet people, I remained friends with people I met that day.
Cambridge is particularly expensive I found.
