The Role
Lots of learning opportunity and the environment was extremely friendly
Extremely approachable employees, who were very willing to give up their time to talk to me, find out about me, and help me with tasks.
It was clear who my supervisor was, and I was able to go to my graduate recruiters for any other problems that arose
I had clear tasks, an overall project and some additional tasks to complete
My responsibility increased as the placement went on
I have developed my communication in the work place which will help me in my tutorials at university, and I have developed important skills for when I graduate
The Company
People got on with their work, but were also interested in lives of others, and there was fun and social atmosphere at times.
Very good programme by the HR team, with lots of opportunities to develop additional skills and make the most of the time at the bank.
Highly invested in personal development on an individual basis, themed term review and the goals and objectives were tailored to individuals needs.
Sports and Social Club
Company Parties/Events
Highly enjoyable atmosphere with lots of opportunity to develop
The Culture
Lots of post work events and opportunities to network with other teams, as well as other graduates and employees across different sectors of the bank.
Very expensive area in Central London
Good, but I did not partake in it very much
Lots of charity, sport, social, personal development opportunities.
