The Role
Very good organisation and a lot of learning. Overall a good internship, to be exposed to a wide range of departments.
Colleagues on the desk did value my work, but no interest in myself as an individual.
A lot of support from the graduates on the teams, but barely any from the supervisors and line manager.
No responsibilities were given in my first rotation but on my second I got more were given to me.
Learned a lot through this internship through networking (not necessarily from my home desk) and I have definitely learned a lot of skills that will help me to build a career in this industry
The Company
Could vary a lot depending on the day, but in most cases people on the desks did not include you in the 'fun' parts of the day.
Very good organisation by HR
A lot of interest in the 'personal development' of the interns by the company, development of soft skills and actual knowledge.
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
The Culture
Really good people and events! Had loads of fun for sure!
Expensive but you are paid accordingly
Good bars and lounges close bye!
Especially in Sports
