The Role
I enjoyed the internship and my work on the desk very much.
My team is very friendly and helpful during my internship and even give me the great support during the fundraising event.
My line managers and team members all help me a lot with my work.
I keep a good work-life balance. I am very engaged with the team work and in the same time left with my personal time in the evening.
My work has been important to the team and will be needed for showing the results to the client and do the pricing of derivatives.
I have developed both personal and working skills during the internship and I am sure they will be very helpful for future studying and career.
The Company
Busy, friendly and enjoyable.
The induction week has been set up perfectly by HR, and the rest of the internship has also been well organised by my teams.
RBS fully support our training and development from the very beginning of the internship to the end.
Subsidised Canteen
Sports and Social Club
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
It has not yet reached the final decision meeting but the feedback is very positive.
The Culture
Yes there was a very good social scene.
It is relatively expensive, but I can still enjoy my life with my salary.
There are a lot of bars and restaurants around in the area.
There are a lot of charities and social events in the company. There are always plenty of chances to get involved.
