The Role
Enjoyed the last 5 weeks a lot more than the first 5
Split between 2 rotations, first rotation felt like I didn't add any value at all, so therefore didn't feel valued by team, completely the opposite on second rotation
On the first rotation only spoke to my line manager on about 3 occasions, with only getting feedback after finishing. On the second rotation got continuous feedback, much better.
First rotation was very bored, second rotation was given a lot to do, much better.
First rotation given stuff to do just to keep me busy, whereas on 2nd rotation actually given work to do that needed doing.
Despite not enjoying the first rotation I still recognise the fact I probably developed a lot of skills during that time.
The Company
First rotation team was very small
