The Role
Exactly what I was expecting. Neither better no worse.
I believe my colleagues respected my skills and knowledge
A lot of support was provided.
Slightly more busier would be better
If I failed the thing I was doing, a lot of people could have been affected. On the other hand on success the impact would not be enormous.
Learned a lot about finance and business, something I wouldn't have done on my own
The Company
I am quite happy with my co-workers
The events for all interns were really well organized, quite entertaining and useful. On the other hand I did not have a concrete project assigned so ended up doing a few smaller ones and scavenging for more work.
I think the company tried their very best to prepare me for a graduate position
Company Parties/Events
Healthcare from home
Personally I am split. I like the atmosphere and the company but prefer more "hard core" computer science related job. I wouldn't mind working for the company.
The Culture
Really good to be among peers that are in the same boat as you are.
London area is quite expensive
Didn't have too much desire for that. I guess it is not difficult to have nightlife if one wants, though.
Really good - from company wide sporting events to fun and networking
