The Role
Great training and experience of what it would be like to be an equity analyst
My team were very welcoming and gave me responsibilities straight away. They were always very keen to take me to client meetings and company presentations
The junior analyst in my team really put in effort to mentor me through the programme. The rest of the team were also brilliant at giving career advice.
Had an ongoing project which kept me busy when there was no urgent deskwork to do.
Please see above.
Valuation training will be crucial for whatever I decide to do in the future. It comes in useful in so many walks of life.
The Company
Very professional, but also very friendly.
A huge amount of effort went in to making sure that the programme was well-run.
The firm paid for an external vendor to train us in valuation - great investment in our learning.
Subsidised Canteen
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
Would love to work there if given the chance
The Culture
We went for drinks very regularly and also people hosted parties for the group on the weekends.
Central London - what do you expect?!
Pubs and bars always open.
Reasonably busy with work during the week and socialising on the weekends.
