The Role
On the whole a very satisfying and worthwhile internship
Fantastic team, helpful, generous with time and offered constructive feedback
Mid-term review and end of internship debrief. Throughout, was given feedback on where I could improve
Very busy, combination of dailies as well as longer term projects to keep me busy
A lot, allowed to make calls, talk to other desks within the bank.
Developed a lot of existing skills as well as built up a broad network of colleagues within the bank
The Company
Very good, positive, upbeat - things are going well and a lot of very bright and talented people, all of which made for a very positive working environment
Fantastically run by HR and my line manager, learnt a lot whilst on the internship through teach-ins on different areas of the bank
A number of teach-in sessions every week helped to develop my skills and knowledge in a number of different areas
Sports and Social Club
Subsidised/Company Gym
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Healthcare from home
The Culture
Mostly a very sociable and fun bunch!
London, so very expensive. However, well compensated throughout the internship so as long as you were not planning on saving too much it was really good fun!
London, in short.
Could join the gym as well as other clubs (sporting and volunteering)
