The Role
The internship program was very insightful and offering a wide range of learning activities and real work experience. We had the opportunity to work on real projects and were able to see what we have created being used.
All of my colleagues were always very helpful and supportive and I have established a very good relationship with them.
My manager and my buddy were always very enthusiastic when helping me or explaining things to me. They were always very nice to me as well.
I was busy because I was attending intern events almost every day as well as working on a project with my team but never felt too busy or bored. The project I was given was very flexible and open ended so it was up to me how much work I will get done and how much I can accomplish. Of course, it also depends on the personal time management skills how busy you will be.
I was working on a real system that is currently used in our company which is quite responsible but everything I did was reviewed by team first and then put into use.
The experience I received will be very valuable for my degree studies but I also got valuable soft skills which is as important.
The Company
The atmosphere was professional, not too much chatter and personal conversations but that allows each team member to concentrate on their duties.
The whole program was very well structured offering a wide range of events and very suitable team allocations.
A wide range of training was offered in technical skills as well as communication and presentation skills.
Flexi Time
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
Healthcare from home
Very appealing, I would be interested in working there.
The Culture
All placement students had very good relationships and organized many events between themselves during their free time.
Not too expensive.
Very good, multiple places for nightlife opportunities in the area.
Yes, both company organized and interns organized - at least two times per week.
