The Role
Given alot of responsibility quickly.
Most colleagues have time for you/ help you.
Many different levels of people to help guide you, plus HR very helpful
Very busy - but on interesting work and never too much that I couldn't do it
Answering phones, making prices, being involved. Very good!
I did not do a finance related degree.
The Company
Very fast-paced and punchy but everyone very nice.
Nothing to mention because it was very good.
Everyone had so much time to help you with any problems you were having - plus they were active in coming and finding out how you were doing.

The Culture
Long hours and early starts meant big nights out were occasional.
Middle of London is very expensive
Middle of London is very good.
Gym etc had run clubs/fitness classes, not seen much else though
