The Role
I really enjoyed my work here, I believe my capabilities were put to a test and were nurished in the right way.
It was a great pleasure to work here, and I was really nicely surprised by how people treat each other and to what extenet they are prepared to help everyone. My collegues have been very aware of my possibilities and I believed they gave me great feedback and tried to make sure that I make use of everything available and to prosper and develop.
My manager has helped me a lot, was always prepared to teach me and to try to challenge me to do better and more but in an enjoyable way.
Depending of the time of the day I had a lot to do, and my multitasking was put to a major test, and in other parts of the day it was more lay back and dependent on me at what pace I would like to finish my tasks.
The tasks I was given were real, and related to the daily job in ful extent, also at some point I was given to teach someone else the job I was doing for couple of weeks.
The practical knowledge that I have got here will be of great help in my future life and studies.
The Company
The atmosphere was work oriented, but wasn't tense, and there were constant interaction among team members not always work related
We were constantly over-viewed by HR, and had organised talks and presentations through out the whole internship.
I got feedback on my work and directions how to improve, and time and effort were put into me developing problematic areas.
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
We still don't know, but we are hoping.
The Culture
We were encouraged to communicate among each other, and there were organised events for this to be possible.
It wasn't the cheapest place, but it wasn't the most expensive either.
There were clubs, bars and pubs near by, but it is not center of night life.
I managed to use the opportunity to go around London and visit some places I wanted. Activities were, though, constrained by time.
