The Role
I really enjoyed my position with Accenture, it was challenging and highly interesting. Every day was different.
Greatly valued, there was a real sense of camaraderie amongst both the project i worked in and also amongst the group of interns.
Management pushed and challenged me to learn quickly and develop my skills, though were always on hand for assistance when needed.
Every day was pretty busy, in comparison with the normal student routine!! There was a strong sense of work hard, play hard amongst those whom i worked with in the company.
I was given a responsibility, possibly more than i expected as an intern, but this was a positive experience.
The internship changed my attitude to work, and gave me a great work ethic for when i returned for my final year. Skills which i developed have already helped me to a great extent and can foresee them doing so in the future also.
The Company
Positive, everyone was well aware of the common goals and all keen on reaching our targets, as well as having at least one social per week.
I felt it was well-done, met all the interns needs and more. Provided a great experience on all fronts.
They invested a great deal of time and money in the interns.

I have accepted a job with the organisation and am looking forward to starting my career with Accenture.
The Culture
Absolutely, Accenture placed us all in LSE accommodation, so we all had the opportunity to bond and some great friendships have been made.
I was on an 'out-of-town' project so was lucky enough to live on expenses Monday to Friday and an excellent salary allowed for plenty of fun over the weekends in London!
There was a great nightlife in both the town in which my project was based as well as in London at the weekends.
Not to a massive extent due to the short time scale of the internship, but HR did encourage the interns to participate in activites outside of work.
