The Role
The work I was given was interesting and I enjoyed working with the new technologies.
Everyone was really welcoming and I felt part of the team. The banter was pretty good as well.
My line manager and the rest of my team were always there to answer my questions and help me with anything I was stuck with.
I was quite busy in the first few weeks but not so much towards the end.
I was given development work to do and for the most part I was left to my own devices.
The skills I developed aren't really relevant to my degree but will help me in the future in the work place.
The Company
The atmosphere was very relaxed and friendly.
It was organised quite well. All the events were in our outlook calendar.
We had a training week at the beginning where I gained a lot of financial knowledge. When I was on the desk, my team pointed me towards training material
Sports and Social Club
Company Parties/Events
There's a lot of investment in interns and grads and the chances of securing an offer are pretty high.
The Culture
The social scene was great. I made lots of great new friends and we went out a few times.
I live with my parents in London so cost wasn't an issue.
Loads of awesome bars and clubs in the city.
There was a football club and a few other things.
