  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?

    • I would highly recommend joining Mott MacDonald to any student. My dream company!

  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued by your colleagues?

    • I had a year placement with Mott MacDonald before so was familiar with the company, office and staff. I got plenty of responsibility and have been highly regarded by my colleagues

    • Support is provided by all staff and management, and on all levels.

  • 4. How busy were you on a daily basis?

    • I was given projects to run and design, some of which I was already familiar with. There was plenty to do and lots of responsibility.

  • 5. How much responsibility were you given during your placement?

    • As I knew the projects and processes from my previous placement I was given a great deal of responsibility during my placement, something which I value and appreciate greatly.

  • 6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?

    • My placements at Mott MacDonald have formed the basis and foundation of my working career as a Civil Engineer; Experience which I feel is invaluable.

    • A positive, lively atmosphere with excellent staff who are very friendly.

    • I had a placement with Mott MacDonald previously and the company sorted all of the details.

    • I believe the Company values its member of staff very highly (including students) and will invest as much as they can in them.

    • There were plenty of opportunities for those who wish to take part in the social side.

    • I was based in Leeds, which is known for good nights out and not being too expensive.

    • Leeds is known for its social scene.
